Prince Mohamed has more than 15 years of experience in the financial, food services, printing and real estate sectors. He held a number of positions at major international financial firms including Barclays, Lehman Brothers and Nomura based in London and Riyadh. He currently serves as CEO of Saudi Industries Printing Company, Vice Chairman at Shamel Group and Chairman at Wadi Ibrahim Development Company. Prince Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University in addition to a number of executive education certificates from highly reputable academic institutions in the US and the UK.

Khaled has more than 15 years of experience in the financial, private, and public sectors. He held different positions in several local banks including SABB and Samba. He also assumed different board and committee positions in renowned Saudi companies including Chairman of FAB Capital, a subsidiary of First Abu Dhabi Bank. Before assuming his current role as Executive Vice President for Social Advisory at the National Center for Privatization & PPP, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Banoon Investment and Assistant Deputy for Logistics Operations at the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services. Khaled has an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from KFUPM. He is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, a Certified Management Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor. In addition, he completed several executive programs at different leading international universities.

Majed has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and consulting sectors. He established Quencia Capital LLC in 2017 and launched Quencia Saudi Equity Fund in the Dubai International Financial Center in 2018. He previously was Head of Asset Management at EFG Hermes KSA where he worked for 9 years. He managed the company’s Saudi equity funds and portfolios. He succeeded in significantly growing its assets under management supported by his outstanding performance track record in addition to new investment funds that he launched. Before that, he worked for American Express Saudi Arabia as well as management and business consulting companies in Beirut and Riyadh. Majed holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University and a Master of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Waleed has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining the DIFC domiciled Quencia Saudi Equity Fund’s team in 2020, he worked at EFG Hermes KSA for 10 years starting in the brokerage department before moving shorty after to the asset management department as regional trader. He then joined FIM Partners KSA following the merger with EFG Hermes Asset Management Company. Previously, he held different positions at a number of financial companies including American Express Saudi Arabia and Samba Financial Group. Waleed holds the CME-1 and CME-4 certificates and a number of other certificates in investment and technical analysis.

Allen has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Before joining Quencia Capital, he worked for 11 years as Head of Research at NAEEM Holding where he set up the research department, built and managed a team of analysts, and led institutional sales focusing on GCC and global fund managers. Prior to that, Allen was Lead Analyst at Beltone Financial covering MENA equities and had earlier worked as an associate vice president at Amba Research covering global equities for a USD 1bn UK-based hedge fund and a German Investment Bank. Previously, he worked in the insurance sector with his last position being Head of the Financial Underwriting Unit at Metlife’s headquarters in Bangalore, India. Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mangalore University and a postgraduate diploma in finance from St Joseph's Institute of Management. He has also completed CFA levels 1 and 2.
